RWD Dog Walking

Welcome to RWD Dog Walking! We are dedicated to providing excellent care for your furry friends. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
RWD Dog Walking offers professional dog walking services including but not limited to private walks, sittings, and additional care services as specified in your service agreement.
2. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred times, but availability is subject to our schedule and may vary.
3. Cancellation Policy
Private Walks: To cancel a private walk, you must notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within less than 3 hours of the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of $15.
Drop-In Visits: To cancel a drop-in visit, you must notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 3 hours will incur a late cancellation fee of $12.
Sitting Services: To cancel a sitting service, you must notify us at least 1 day before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 1 day will incur a late cancellation fee of 70% of the expected payment, depending on the importance of cancelation. This is completely left up to Riley Walsh.
4. Late Cancellation Fee
If a private walk appointment is canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled time, the customer will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15. This fee will be billed immediately and must be paid within 30 days of the cancellation date.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for services rendered and any applicable cancellation fees are due promptly. We accept payment via [Pay Pall, Cash App, Cash, Zelle . Invoices and payment reminders will be sent as needed.
6. Non-Payment
If a late cancellation fee or any other amount owed to RWD Dog Walking is not paid within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the outstanding amount. This may include filing a claim in small claims court. The customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during the collection process, including but not limited to court fees and legal expenses.
7. Liability and Insurance
RWD Dog Walking is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any damages or injuries that occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to accidents, illnesses, or property damage. We strive to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet but cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen events.
8. Changes to Terms
RWD Dog Walking reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers and will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
